Leading Telecoms operator working with one of UK's largest energy company's is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager for their offices in Reading. The role is reporting to the Head of Marketing for Telecoms and will be responsible for creating sector specific marketing campaigns in order to acquire new customers and develop the value of existing customers. There will be a particular focus on Financial Services and FTSE100 organisations.   

The main objective of this role will be:

  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and brand awareness
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Hubspot or a similar platform (Eloqua, Marketo etc.), Google Analytics
  • Inbound marketing techniques
  • Utilise company's social media channels to help inbound marketing
  • Improving social presence as a whole
  • Build strong relationships with each sales person allocated (5) to targeting a specific sector to develop marketing plans for the financial year
  • Ensuring all campaigns are aligned with the company's financial year budget allocation, plans and overall strategy for the year

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for

  • Managing a campaign throughout its life-cycle
  • Managing external agencies
  • Assist with nurturing leads until they become marketing qualified leads through subtle inbound and outbound marketing techniques
  • Work with various stakeholders to create and develop print and digital collateral to assist with campaigns and messaging.

You will be:

  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive
  • Ability to work within challenging timescales
  • Have experience delivering inbound and outbound campaigns in the B2B market - ideally within B2B Telecoms or IT
  • Business Marketing degree and/or CIM qualification or equivalent
  • Approximately 2 years experience in a B2B marketing team.
  • Some experience with design packages i.e Adobe InDesign & Photoshop preferred
  • A team player as well as a team leader with excellent written and communication skills

The role is highly autonomous so you will need to be motivated and self-sufficient with a tenacity to succeed, driving and motivating others to get new campaigns from conception to fruition at a very high standard.
