Maintenance Manager, Stirling, £50,000 to £55,000

Our client, a leading provider of products to the construction sector with a number of sites throughout the UK, are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to work at their production facility near Stirling.

You will be expected to;

  • Support the site's improvement on maintenance processes and procedures
  • Lead the sites maintenance function providing both a proactive and reactive maintenance service on all equipment and facilities infrastructure.
  • Drive the sites operational effectiveness whilst managing and leading a team of engineers highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training and working practices.

Experience & Qualifications;

  • Time Served Engineer with a mechanical discipline
  • Minimum Degree in appropriate engineering discipline or significant experience.
  • Experience in managing P&L budgets for maintenance
  • Manufacturing, engineering or industrial experience.
  • Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Membership of (or working towards) an appropriate professional body, such IME for example.
  • Excellent leadership and man management skills.
  • Commercially aware

The position of Maintenance Manager is commutable from Grangemouth, Stirling, Falkirk, Kincardine, Alloa, Perth, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Livingston, Linlithgow.
