Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Improvement Co-ordinator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure documented Maintenance Processes meet business requirements and are regularly reviewed and enhanced.
Ensure Maintenance processes & procedures are implemented in a consistent manner across UK Assets.
Provide support and guidance to Maintenance Delivery Team wrt Maintenance processes.
Deliver SAP PM internal training for offshore technicians
As required undertake quality control checks of SAP notifications and work orders through complete lifecycle. Provide feedback and remedial actions where deficiencies are identified.
Analyse system data to identify deficiencies in areas such as equipment performance, and resources utilisation. Prepare written reports and present recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Training
Engineering or Technical Discipline Qualification HNC or significant experience in a similar or supporting role
Excellent understanding and use of SAP CMMS
Proficient with MS Office suite of applications

Experience
Appropriate level of experience within the oil and gas industry preferably gained within the production operations environment.
Experience \ understanding of scheduling work activities to meet resource levels and Asset priorities.
High level of SAP PM skills and experience (data extraction, data cleansing, report development)
Experience in CMMS build, upgrade or roll-out projects desirable
Demonstrable experience of adapting to change and the coordination of multi-function/discipline teams.
Previous experience in a CMMS or Data Analyst Role
