Our Client is currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance & Reliability Lead Analyst based in Aberdeen.

Develop and communicate maintenance analysis methods, processes, tools and KPIs
Provide compliance and performance reporting to the organisation in support of managing and minimising business risk
Interfacing with external bodies and regulatory bodies in communicating maintenance compliance and performance
Ensuring reliability vulnerabilities are identified and plans are in place to mitigate these vulnerabilities
Ensuring maintenance cost efficiencies are understood and that key stakeholders are informed when and where improvements are required in alignment with business priorities
Supporting the development of maintenance & reliability improvement plans through the provision of key insights on the causes of non-compliance and under performance
Being accountable for the analysis of data and information to build a comprehensive picture of business performance and risk trends
Contributing to the development of installation resourcing models that enable resource levels to be optimised across installations
Communicate maintenance and reliability performance and risks to all key stakeholders.

Degree qualified or similar combined with experience within the Oil and Gas Industry
Member of a Chartered or Professional Institution
Can articulate professional learning and development experiences
