My client, the largest oil & gas operator in Denmark are urgently seeking an Maintenance & Integrity Engineer to be based in Esbjerg on a contract basis.

You will provide maintenance engineering expertise and services to their redevelopment project team.

Take the important role in driving for achieving world class maintenance, reliability and integrity throughout the life cycle of the new platforms, in accordance with Company, all legislative requirements and industry best practices.

Support a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity.

Build effective working relationships with other departments and other parties as appropriate.

Support the Maintenance & Integrity Lead in delivering team objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience


  • A candidate with a Bachelor's degree (or relevant industry experience) in preferably engineering or a discipline specific qualification.
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical/Process/Chemical/Marine is preferred.


  • Post-graduation experience in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities - production, maintenance and commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience in managing/utilizing/supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP).
  • Has fundamental understanding and knowledge of application of maintenance & integrity principles and processes.
  • In depth knowledge of Condition Monitoring Systems for Mechanical Rotating & Static equipment as well as Valve Monitoring is a specific requirement for this role.
  • Detailed knowledge of production, process and utility systems.
  • Wide knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures.
