Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Logistics Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

MAIN DUTIES:
To ensure all relevant administration relating to the workforce is processed timeously.
To monitor and book health screening, medicals and mandatory training as required, ensuring that client and company recording systems are updated.
Issue mobilisation details to personnel and liaise with travel department to arrange accommodation
Ensure all employee records are accurately updated and maintained.
Booking PTW / Client Inductions and ensuring all relevant instructions and/or information is given to all personnel prior to mobilisation.
Order PPE for offshore workforce, with approval of Operations Team.
Record within the various internal systems all holidays for offshore/site personnel and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate payment is processed
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience within a similar role
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Good written communication and listening skills
Good organisational skills
