Lettings Assistant

Our property management client are currently recruiting for the position of Lettings Assistant based in Inverness, Highlands.

Job Description

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries & using the appointment system
  • Managing repair callouts & liaising with workmen and tenants
  • Other administrative duties
  • Property viewings
  • Maintenance inspections
  • Photographing properties for advertisement
  • Preparation of inventories
  • A driving license and use of a car is essential

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an office/customer service environment would be preferred
  • Looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn in a varied role
