Leisure Centre Duty Manager X 2
West Fife Area
1 Post Permanent / 1 Post Maternity Cover (9 months)
Salary to £27,312 + shift allowance + attractive benefits

Our client, operate and manage the Sports and Leisure facilities in Fife on behalf of Fife Council and enjoy contributing to "Health and Fitness for All" in the Fife Area.

They are seeking 2 motivated, team focused and energetic Managers to promote and deliver a high quality service to their customers. Engaging with your team, you will have a track record in managing people and be a passionate mentor as well as results driven.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for taking the necessary action to ensure the centre is presentable to meet customer needs and quality of service in respect of cleanliness and health and safety. Will contribute towards the development of the centre programme and ensure that the publicity and notice boards "sell" the centres activities.

The role will report to the Area Leisure Manager and will assist with the efficient and effective management of a designated Sport and Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for the day to day management of centre staff including the deployment, attendance management and the development of employees.
