Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Legal Secretary / Admin Assistant, based in Aberdeen

Responsibilities will include:
Speedy and accurate provision of secretarial services such as typing documentation, taking incoming phone calls, processing of expense claims, training; organisation of hotel, travel and training arrangements
Accurate and regular updating of departmental working documents (weekly report, document circulation), assisting lawyers with editing of agreements
Collating and reporting external legal fees (quarterly)
Ensuring Legal Department Web pages are up-to-date
Providing support to the Legal Director
Creating/editing of requisitions/service orders in the SAP system

Qualifications / Experience
Ideally hold a recognised Legal Secretary Diploma
Experience of working in a Legal environment, is familiar with legal terminology and working with large legal documents
An accomplished and experienced secretary with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to deliver work in accordance with deadlines
Good communication and team working skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
A knowledge of SAP would be desirable
Excellent keyboard skills with competency in standard Microsoft software packages (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
