Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Learning Systems Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Develop strong proficiency of the LMS systems and maintain knowledge of both existing and developing functionality.
Maintain daily operational performance of the Learning Management Systems as well as to establish a relationship and connection between technical support and the programme manager.
Deal with defining user roles, creating learning courses, building custom reports and certification and supporting with feedback and queries from learners.
Support with reviewing and maintenance of publications and postings on the LMS.
Actively participate in the process of information exchange, assist in the process of the review creation and consult with other teams to implement the best learning practices.
Monitor and track new courses and materials within the LMS. Recognise and resolve the issues promptly and ensure that the LMS works properly, acting fast to resolve bugs and unexpected errors. Review trends and prepare support to assist mitigate risks.
Training of local administrators in the use and management of the system.
Creating and maintaining internal documentation relating to use and operation of company Learning Management Systems.
Form strong relationship with other teams and functions across the organisation to realise the business needs related to training delivery and find the most efficient and the most effective way for the LMS to satisfy those needs.

BSc / HND or equivalent in a relevant business discipline or equivalent vocational qualifications and/or experience
Experience of computer / software systems administration or HRIS
Ability to operate under own initiative.
Experience in working with an LMS
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word
Methodical and organised approach to managing digital files, images, brand elements and templates.
Interest and basic understanding of Devices/Browsers/Web development
Willingness to learn new skills appropriate to the position.
