Our client is the UK's leading Engineering Support Services company employing over 27,000 people worldwide operating in the Defence, Mining & Construction, Rail, Nuclear, Energy, Property Management and Education & Training sectors

A Learning and Development Administrator is required for a contract position of up to 6 months duration starting as soon as possible.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing admin support
  • Creating / maintaining / updating departmental databases
  • Printing and filing of documents for training sessions
  • General admin duties

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide support to L&D onsite team with administration.
  • Organise meetings & training sessions for staff and upkeep of diaries.
  • Input of progress and bookings into IFS.
  • Producing documents using Microsoft applications as required / requested.
  • Ordering of stationery & computer consumables through in trade purchaser system
  • Photocopying / distribution filing of all documents relating to training
  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries where possible.

The succefful candidate will be required to obtain a Disclosure Scotland certificate.

Candidates should be conversant with MS Office applications.

Hours of work, 37 per week over 4.5 days, Monday to friday
