Lead Project Development Economic Analyst - ie someone who has done feasibility assessments for oil and gas operators on potential new assets.

Provide training, guidance and support to the Junior PDA personnel to
ensure the capabilities and developed and maintained in the
department.
For assets in the Concept Selection stage, lead and coordinate the
development of the Field Development Plan (FDP), and propose
different scenarios and alternatives.
Organise and collaborate with other key technical disciplines (Reservoir,
Operations, G&G) to assist with the identification of acquisition
opportunities and highlight the associated technical merits and risk.
Provide leadership and insight into the key drivers / risks and
constraints underpinning the technical and economic analysis, and
communicate these effectively to management. Understand the
limitations of the analysis performed. Take responsibility for one of the
key PDA internal focus areas (e.g. E&P Decision Making Process;
Business Analysis; Project Development and Planning; Cost Estimating;
etc.)
Participate and present for PDA at the relevant E&P technical and capital
planning forums (Business Assurance Reviews; Decision Gates; Capital
Planning).
Build and validate the technical/economic inputs required to evaluate
the Existing Assets and New Business opportunities.
Conduct independent technical training to explain key technical
concepts and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
Represent CEPSA EP in external workshops, data rooms, partner
meetings, technical conferences, symposiums and forums
