Orion Group have an exciting opportunity with Our Multinational Pharmaceutical Client located in Maidenhead, UK. We are sourcing a L&D Coordinator & System Administrator on a 12-month contract role.

**Hybrid working opportunity**

JOB PURPOSE

This role holder will provide all necessary coordination and system administration support to enable the design, development and delivery of learning and development programs for target audiences. This includes support for in-person, virtual and online learning, as well as non-training development solutions such as mentoring programs.

Execute coordination and system administration tasks pre-, during and post-learning events to ensure that all programs run smoothly and effectively to achieve desired outcomes. In consultation with the Director, L&D and various L&D program owners, the incumbent will manage the day-to-day activities in scheduling, coordinating, and managing all program preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities. (e.g., C@talyst - emerging leader program). In consultation with various L&D program owners, duties include setting up new vendors, vendor relationship management and to provide as necessary vendor platform administrative support (e.g. Mentorcliq, LinkedIn Learning).

Additionally, the person in this role should have a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to identify opportunities for creating process efficiencies in the coordination and administration of learning and development programs. He/she will also research and provide recommendations/solutions for improving outcomes of L&D initiatives (e.g., participation rates, participant support/satisfaction).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide support for L&D programs (e.g. C@talyst, Elevate) by managing all coordination and system administration tasks throughout the L&D program life cycle.
  • Set up, manage, and monitor courses and programs in the LMS (Plateau) and LxP platform (Axonify); manages participants enrollments/cancellations; keeps course catalog information up to date.
  • Manage participant communications pre-, during, and post-programs, including but not limited to, pre-work, ongoing communications & marketing, customer service, and course evaluations.
  • Problem solves coordination and LMS/LxP issues; recommends solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage third party program vendors responsible for delivering L&D programs to CSL/Seqirus; serves as point of contact, manages MSAs, SOWs, POs and invoicing.
  • Serves as the role of "Producer" during virtual learning sessions in support of the Facilitator
  • Serves as "Tier 1" main point of contact for assigned programs (e.g. C@talyst). Manages L&D program dedicated in-box's, triages participant questions; handles participant issues and complaints, escalating when appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing and scheduling all necessary course components for effective delivery through in-house and third-party partners (e.g., facilities, catering, course materials, audio/visual equipment, etc.)
  • Manage Program SharePoint and TEAMs sites, updating repository of resources.
  • Mange online learning content/websites; makes recommendations for and employs tactics that optimize employees' use of resources and materials
  • Document all processes for future BAU activities, houses in centrally located location.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources Development, or related field, or equivalent of education, training, and relevant work experience required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in training and development program coordination preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience with learning management systems (e.g., Plateau) and/or learning experience platforms (e.g., Axonify, LinkedIn Learning), preferred.
  • Experience planning, organizing, securing, and managing L&D project resources preferred.
  • Experience coordinating virtual meetings/classrooms across multiple geographies/time-zones.
  • Experience working in a matrix management environment beneficial.
  • Strong time management and project management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
  • Able to partner effectively with people at multiple levels in a company and across multiple geographies/time zones.
  • Familiarity with L&D best practices and adult learning principles
  • Office Environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate global time zones and business needs.
