Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of JV Accounts Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with preparation of budget and reforecast data
* Preparation of JV billings for issue to our partners
* Process non Operated billings received from other Operators
* Preparation of monthly tariff invoices
* Preparation of monthly accruals
* Preparation of monthly management and partner reports
* Preparation of key account reconciliations
* Review cost codes, raising queries and processing reallocation journals, where necessary
* Assist with the ongoing maintenance of master data within Oracle
* Preparation of JV related 3rd party recharges
* Provide PRT Asset support to Tax
* Assist with updates to Vendor Master File
* Provide general support to the Joint Venture Accountants

Experience & Qualifications:
* Finance related qualification - Higher Accounting and Finance or above
* Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry
* Ability to interact with others in a professional manner, enthusiastic approach, analytical with high attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Oracle experience
* JV accounting experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
