IT Support Analyst

Permanent

Hours of work 37 per week (flexible working 4-5 days per week

Good opportunity for candidates with relevant IT qualification seeking entry level vacancy in IT Support.

Reporting to Head of IT for this company you will provide I.T. first line support to all staff members and assist in the efficient running of the department and deliver a professional IT induction to new members of staff on joining the company.

The role requires good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory specifically GPO's, user and computer management, securities and DHCP/DNS.

Good working knowledge and understanding is required for the Microsoft Office Suite, Skype for Business, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Sophos Safeguard, Microsoft Operation Systems (Windows 7 and 10)

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Full driving licence to travel to different sites within the company
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT skills- Microsoft desktop operating systems (Window 7 and 10)
  • Network Infrastructure configuration skills
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office Suite

There is a requirement to travel frequently/for significant periods of time away from home
