Our client is seeking an IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join their Sales and Marketing Office on a contract 4 months duration, possibly longer.

  • Reporting to the IT Manager you will be involved in providing a technical support network for business systems, processes and infrastructure.
  • Work is delegated by IT systems Support Advisors should they require support resolving software or hardware issues
  • Provides technical support to local systems that require a resolution and escalating support requests for central systems

Key tasks include:

  • Providing server support
  • Building relevant servers and install local software
  • Monitor and consult on infrastructure demands and engage in planning to ensure the right availability for the business
  • Provide PC support (includes building laptops, fixing laptop problems and support for company systems such as Office 365, SCCM,SAP, Active Director, CISCO, VMWare, Lenovo Hardware).
  • Support first line IT team members where appropriate
  • Back up tasks in accordance with company operating procedures

Full-time hours Monday to Friday. Standard hours 37.5.
