Job description

We have a current opportunity for a IT Lease Administrator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Westhill. For further information about this position please apply.

  • End to End management of leased assets

  • Liaising with Lease Company on all aspect of leasing

  • Financial reporting at each stage of leasing (budgeting, forecasting, accurals, etc)

  • Ownership of delivery acceptance schedules

  • Tracking orders and corresponding invoicing

  • Raising purchase requisitions to leasing company

  • Lease schedule vs invoice review/validation

  • Tracking inventory against lease schedules to ensure accurate location information of devices at all times

  • Maintain lease accounting systems (internal & 3rd party), including reports and lease enter/modification processes

  • Ensuring costs are allocated to the correct cost collector.

  • End of life asset management - working with IDS team to plan for equipment refresh at end of lease period

  • Coordination with internal teams on all aspects of the leasing life-cycle.

  • Documenting and identifying improvements on all leasing activities.
