We are seeking an Invoicing Assistant for our client based in Altens, Aberdeen. This is an ongoing long term contract with the option of converting to staff.
Primarily focussed around preparing sales invoices to clients including any materials/equipment as well as labour charges, linking to both client and departments. Excel is used to control the invoicing.
Candidates should have previous invoicing experience and ideally be based on the southside or central Aberdeen.
This is a full-time position 0830 - 1630 Monday to Friday and would suit candidates with some invoicing/billing experience as well as a working knowledge of Word/Excel etc.
