Reporting into the Integrated Planning Lead, this role will provide leadership and ongoing development of the Bayu Undan planning team within the IOSC Planning and Coordination Department. You will be the primary focal point for the development and production of the Bayu Undan Integrated Plan, which includes ensuring all materials, services and requirements to undertake the tasks are available. Also, this role is performed in close communications with all groups, whilst ensuring all SAP PM Master data for equipment is aligned with maintenance strategies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Bayu Undan CPP and FSO Integrated Asset plans to ensure all opportunities are exploited and constraints including SIMOPs/COMOP's are identified and resolved prior to delivering the plan to Operations for implementation;
  • Use the SAP Maintenance Management (PM & MM modules) system to pull out important information as required, update and manipulate system as required;
  • Provide planning support to Maintenance Coordinators, planners and specialists to ensure schedule and commitments are met as well as drive visibility and reduction of backlog;
  • Review metrics/KPI's and reports from business systems to ensure planning performance is correctly measured and ensure planning process is evolving and improving to best in class;
  • Support transition to modern data analytic tools to optimise maintenance and activity planning;
  • Facilitate onshore daily Notification Review Meeting to ensure new approved corrective maintenance notifications are correctly scoped to allow planning and scheduling;
  • Supervision of Planners and support staff as well as coordinate IOSC cross functional tactical planning and development of Timor Leste planning support team;
  • Coordinate and gather information from Projects, Engineers, Contractors and others to provide visibility to the business on agreed strategies around major activities, POB and work priorities;
  • Incorporate integrated production plan (IPP) into BAU plan to align identify opportunities to shelter production losses;
  • Building future year plans taking into account Late Life Operations and Decommissioning P&A activities and support asset transition to late life operation and decommissioning.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification is Trade/Diploma level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical field;
  • Advanced Maintenance Management System Skills including experience with Maintenance scheduling tool e.g. Primavera or Prometheus;
  • Strong background in Rotating and Electrical equipment with proven experience in operational / production environment desirable;
  • Prior experience in Oil and Gas Industry essential;
  • Experience in CMMS (SAP or other) as well as strong PC skills;
  • Experience with Plant shutdown/turnaround activities, including planning, resource requirements, cost management and material reservations;
  • Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including the confidence and ability to present information effectively to any audience;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, problem solving skills, approaching problems and issues with well-thought out and creative solutions and using initiative to review contingencies.
