Our client have a requirement for a Instrument Designer to be based in Perth, Australia.

Provide engineering and installation drafting support for the development of concepts related to Instrumentation Systems, in compliance with relevant statutory codes of practice, client requirements and Company standards such that the work is consistent with the overall objectives of the project.

Requires detailed understanding of design Drafting and the processes involved for Instrument Design.

May require local travel from time to time to perform on site drafting surveys.

Requires the ability to work without the need for direct supervision.

Good technical knowledge of the following:

  • Process Control Systems
  • Safety Instrument Systems
  • Telecom Systems
  • Field Instrumentation
  • Plant Security
  • Public Security
  • Public Address Systems
  • Motor Control Equipment
  • Packaged Equipment Interfaces
  • Experienced on Integraph Products. S3D would be an advantage.

Contract position, expected duration 3-4 months.
