Inside Sales Coordinator

Orion Group are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator on an initial 4 month contract basis for one of our industry leading clients.

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Rate: £14 - £16.50 per hour
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:45 - 5pm / Fri 08:45 - 4pm onsite in Sunbury-on-Thames

The Job:
This role will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, and requests for quotes and orders, along with providing support to our external sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
* Receive and process client requests for quotations
* Answer client queries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Knowledge of product offering and keep up-to-date with new offerings
* Follow up with clients of quotations
* Order expediting/shipping support

Key skills:
Proficient IT skills required i.e. word, excel, outlook
