Activities

* Follow HSE Policy and the HSE Culture for his/her entity in line with the Affiliate and Project aspirations.

* Observe company values at any time and in all matters.

* In coordination with Project IM Team(s) ensure that appropriate equipment/engineering data is received from EPC contractors according to agreed plan and data quality.

* Follow up on data readiness and progress with bi-weekly status and dashboards.

* Work with Project Operations Teams (IO, Commissioning, Operational Readiness, Maintenance & Integrity) to support the Project Vision for data management.

* Prepare IM recovery plan and follow through to ensure engineering data are delivered timely and to expected quality.

* Work closely with Site Delivery Managers & IM Teams ensuing Tags & Attributes, Documents and Drawings are timely delivered and to right quality.

* Follow up on IM Readiness for each packages (PO's) for WHRP/TEG & TEH and issue bi-weekly status report.

* Follow up directly with package engineers on packages falling behind schedule in delivering Documents/Data in accordance with SDRL incl. quality of same.

* Focal point toward Project Control Information Management Team.

* Participate as Project Field Operations representative in Project IM Meetings (Operating Rhythm).

* Follow-up/contribute to the development of the Document/Drawing & Data hand over plan to Asset.

* Support the Project Digital Transformation and its move to a Digital Twin (QUANTUM).

* Support 3D Model readiness & handover into Operations.

* Support development of Laser Scan procedures for Operations and its usage with the 3D model.

* Monitor completion of Equipment Data Management and Vendor Data Manuals.

* Assist MDB & IMP PMs during the as built phase of the Maintenance & Inspection Management Build to assist with proper punch lists is being developed including required documentation.

* Support collaboration and integration across projects, departments and locations and accelerate learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications/Experience required

* A candidate with a bachelor's degree and extensive post-graduation experience in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities or other relevant industry experience.

* Alternatively, candidates with strong recognised qualifications with demonstrable experience within Information Management.

* Experience from major Capital Project executed at multiple site, solid understanding of Document Management System (DMS) & Engineering Data Warehouses (EDW).

* Engineering Data specialist with experience in P&ID's, Instrumentation, P&ID Electrical & 3D (E3D/PDMS).

* Desired: Expertise with Information Management tools and techniques (preferred experience of PIMS EDMS and PIM360).

* Desired: Experience with Omega PIMS Completion Management System & WINPCS.

* Information Management professional with solid years of production/maintenance experience, project execution, commissioning and field start-ups.

* Extensive experience in Project/Facilities/Construction Engineering or Operations work.

* Team player with excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentations) are essential.

* Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and improvise in an environment with high ambiguity.

* Ability and personal skills to successfully manage relationships with key stakeholders.

* Innovative personality ready to constructively challenge status quo and copy past solutions in all phases of the project.

* Ensure that all information, written as well as verbal, concerning the company is treated confidentially.

* Strong communication skills.

* Strongly Desired: Experience in Digital Transformation.

* Project liaison experience.
