Job Description

  • The Contracts & Procurement department is seeking to recruit a Procurement Professional to manage a number of Indirects categories based in our London office.
  • You will focus on supporting the functions based at the Corporate Centre (CC) meeting their objectives through maximising value for the company through the delivery of strategic/tactical sourcing initiatives, management of operational procurement (P2P) and supplier performance management.
  • You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
  • Sourcing of Services (i.e. HR, Hard/Soft FM, Travel, Professional Services)
  • Contract drafting & negotiation
  • Pre and Post Award Contract Management and Administration
  • Effective Management of stakeholder relationships
  • Working in a multi-site or multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills in working with internal customers, colleagues and supplier.
  • Working Knowledge of P2P systems and their associated requirements
