One of Europe's largest IFA groups is looking for driven, goal orientated individuals to join the team in their Weybridge offices. The company has been established for 30 years, with the first international office opening in 2003.

Targeting the Nordic region, the role will be to bring in new high net worth clients (HNW) to assist them with their wealth planning needs. The role is a sales role so you will be expected to prospect potential clients, however you will be supported by a business development team that will provide leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has done a similar role abroad and wishes to continue this career path in the UK. If you have had prior experience you will know these roles are normally commission only, however, there may be a small basic for the right candidate for the first few months, until commission kicks in.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will already be qualified to at least level 1 standard and be working towards the next level(s).
  • Will have a minimum of 6 months' experience at a similar company
  • Ideally you will have worked for a similar company
  • The confidence to sell to HNW individuals and company executives.
  • Happy to travel 1-2 days per week to the Nordic region, more if the business demands
  • Driven to succeed
  • Motivated to push the business forward
  • Driven by SALES and COMISSION

In return:

  • It is a commission only role with first year OTE £100,000 +, second year £200,000+
  • Continuous training including external classes and seminars.
  • Study material and exams provided
  • Hotel and travel expenses provided
  • You will work with one of the industry's leading experts, offering enviable training, advice and contacts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your education in finance whilst earning lots of money!

Some IFA's choose to retire before 40.
