Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HSES Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Emergency Response handover documents (activity and duty rota) preparation and distribution
Update to the ER app
Update to the rotas as needed
Maintaining document library
KPI reporting for UKBU and assets groups
Preparation of Monthly HSES meeting slides, minutes and action updates
Preparation and distribution of various action reports from Synergi
Raising requisitions and receipting.
Updates to HSE Connect site
Coordination of bookings for training events
Maintain HSE Improvement plan

Previous administrator experience within an Oil and Gas organisation

Experience of using Microsoft inc. Excel, Work, and powerpoint Familiarisation with Synergi would be beneficial
