Responsibilities

The Project SHE Lead shall understand, adhere to and promote company Life Saving Rules and SHE principles on behavioural and process safety.

  • Drive the SHE activities of the projects
  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of Authorities application documents related to SHE requirements
  • Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of Authorities engagement plan, including applications, submissions, notifications and follow-up of any conditions
  • Responsible for the delivery of the project Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) performed by an external contractor. This includes follow-up of the external contractor's work and engagement with the Authorities
  • Provide input to and perform review of the project disciplines' design studies and work (Facilities, Subsurface, Wells, Operations), related to SHE requirements
  • Provide input to and perform review of the tender and bid material from external contractors
  • Provide input to the change management process and perform assessment of impact in own area of responsibility
  • Provide input and participate in Cost & Schedule Risk Assessment
  • Coordinate and deliver all SHE input to technical reviews (e.g. peer reviews, external reviews) and decision gate reviews
