HR Records Coordinator

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones for inquiries from HR, Managers, Employees or HR related questions
  • Work with Global Records Management team completing interfiling of HR records
  • Clean up effort on old records to be ingested into records solutions
  • Work with employee actions team on updating SAP data for employee's HR record

Required Qualifications

  • SAP system knowledge
  • Sharepoint knowledge
  • Phone customer service experience
  • Detail oriented
  • HR experience and understanding of HR Records
