HR Officer

Contract duration minimum 6 months

Salary £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Our client, a successful manufacturing business is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Officer for a contract role.

The role will be providing support to the HR function including compliance support, recruitment processes and administration functions.

Key Person requirements

  • CIPD qualified or appropriate experience
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Flexible, Logical, Organised and able to prioritise and multi task
  • Attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

Key Tasks

  • HR administration
  • Recruitment & Selection (advertising, liaising with agencies, screening CVs, recruitment admin, arranging and sitting in on interviews etc)
  • Onboarding process
  • Disciplinary process
  • Compliance
