The HR Methods Officer assists in the development of policies and procedures and their administration, including development of new policies, as well as, policy manual updates across the organization, ensuring alignment with internal HR policies and regional practices and in line with defined business objectives.

The role consists of predominantly, but not exclusively, the following:
* Assisting in developing new HR policies and procedures in conjunction with the process owner.
* Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they remain current / viable and revise where required.
* Maintaining policy documents for all and distribute new and revised policies & procedures.
* Updating the Employee Handbook in an efficient and timely manner.
* Maintaining CMS (Company Management System) and update forms when required.
* Draft new forms when requested.
* Providing assistance and support to other members of the HR department as appropriate.
* Assisting with the development of all HR related policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR Methods team ensuring comprehensiveness and adherence to set guidelines.

Competencies and experiences
* Previous experience in developing policies and procedures in a fast paced organization
* Knowledge of labor laws of Qatar and regional best practices.
* Excellent PC skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and oral communication in English. Arabic is a plus
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of industry best practices.
