The Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, the main responsibility of the HR Coordinator will be to support in the day-to-day HR administration duties across the whole HR employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have HR generalist experience in a similar fast moving environment with a HR related qualification or at least be working towards this.

- HRIS Maintenance
- Remuneration and benefits
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business to provide HR generalist support through the company's journey of transformation
- First point of HR contact for managers
Key Skills & Experience Required
The ideal candidate for this role will be a HR Advisor who has experience of working in a fast paced environment and has a broad range of HR generalist experience;
- Previous HR experience in fast moving environment
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree/qualification (or substantial HR experience)
- Strong communicator
- Exposure to all generalist areas
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages & previous use of HR system
