Major Oil and Gas Operating Company require an experienced HR Co-ordinator.

*6 month contract role - based in Westhill*

Responsibilities will include:
Co-ordination and management of the databases, records and selection pool information
Creation & management of organisation charts for appointments to the new structure
Management of the paperwork relating to selection pools and exercises
HR Workstream management information and reporting requirements
Supporting the preparation of job descriptions for the positions in the new organisation
Ensuring all HR systems and databases post integration are accurately populated (SAPHR, HR4U)
Managing the paperwork required for selection activities.
Support the administration related to the exit process for redundant staff

Qualifications & Experience
Qualified and experienced HR professional
Experience of recruitment and selection activities
Experience of supporting change and redundancy processes
Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, specifically excel, visio, or other org chart tools
Experience of SAPHR would be an advantage
Candidates must have previous HR experience along with having strong Excel and experience of creating and updating organigrams.
