Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Business Partner - Rewards, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
* Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on reward matters to HR Business Partners, Leaders, and Employees.
* Market Analysis: Assist the Lead HR Business Partner in examining market trends and analyzing data to recommend necessary changes.
* Competitive Positioning: Ensure the company maintains a competitive reward package to boost individual, team, and business performance.
* Campaign Support: Aid in Local & Group Campaigns such as Salary Review, Bonus calculations, reward statements and Shares, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Group rules and local legislation.
* Daily Support: Assist with day-to-day queries and ongoing initiatives and project work.
* Market Data Maintenance: Maintain market data and participate in pay and benefit surveys.
* Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality and audit checks.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis and reporting as required.
* Database Management: Maintain file structures and data integrity on our Livelink database.
* Pension Liaison: Coordinate with the Pensions Department on pension issues as needed.
* HR Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Operations and Payroll team to ensure compliance and improve internal reward processes.
* Policy Updates: Support updates on reward policies, procedures, and processes.
* Job Evaluations: Assist with job evaluations.
* Legislative Awareness: Stay updated with legislative changes and industry best practices in reward knowledge.
Requirements:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with a methodical approach and rigorous attention to detail
* Well-developed organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* The ability to define problems, analyze data, and identify solutions is essential
* Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload with tight timescales
* High level of confidentiality
* Focus on value
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Shares schemes is beneficial
* Experience in compensation and benefits in an upstream operating environment is desirable
