Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Advisor, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project specific documentation.
Identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided.
Provide confidential HR advice and support to managers for all employee relation issues, including but not limited to, absence management, probation, performance, conduct, capability, grievance, equality/diversity, recruitment and selection
Ensure contractual information is up-to-date with legislative rights and amend accordingly
Support and co-ordinate recruitment requirements with key stakeholders. Ensure the recruitment process detailed in the company's Integrated Management System is being adhered to.
Manage employee turnover by carrying out exit interviews to identify the reasons why people are leaving the company.
Provide support to the managers to find solutions of any identified problems.
Advise the HR Business Partner of any trends or serious issues
Lead on the management of casework, relating to sickness absence. This includes making recommendations, giving advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings with employees and managers.
Manage the company's Immigration responsibilities. Keep up-to-date with immigration laws ensuring the company is compliant with the regulations. Maintain UKBA Sponsorship license
Assist the company with the application of visas for personnel from overseas operating companies to enter the UK
Coordinate internal and external learning and development (L&D) activities
