An international oil & gas leader, based in the heart of London is seeking a qualified CIPD HR Advisor, the role is a Generalist HR Role sat within their Corporate HR Team. The role is fast paced and demanding, therefore you must be able to work at this level.

The role will be responsible for delivering Group, Corporate HR activity i.e. Recruitment, Remuneration, Performance Management, Policy, Talent, L&D, Engagement and Employee Relations - demonstrable experience in these areas is essential.

Co-ordinate Group engagement survey actions and participate in the implementation
Manage recruitment and selection projects
Manage job evaluations, benchmarking, salary review and contractor day rate review processes across UK and Group
Assist HR Manager - employee relations e.g. redundancy, grievance and disciplinary.
HR policies and procedures
Participate in policy creation and review
Support Talent and Learning & Development activity
Provide input into the continuous improvement of HR administrative process to ensure that they are fit for purpose and efficient.


Experienced in all aspects of Human Resource Management within the oil and gas industry, mining and minerals, manufacturing or engineering; or within a FTSE 250
Generalist technical and operational knowledge HR activities (e.g. L&D, reward, recruitment, performance management)
UK Employment Law and HMRC regulations
HR Management best practice
Experience in managing annual processes: performance review cycle, salary review, budgeting
Experience in recruitment and selection for positions from junior to senior recruits
Experience in employee relations issues including the management of redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances
Experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning

The HR Advisor must have the ability to communicate and engage with all levels of the workforce, and manage multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
You will have the gravitas to quickly establish credibility, and forge networks across a varied group of stakeholders
