Orion group are recruiting a HR Administrator on behalf of our Client based in Hersham, UK - 2 month contract

We are looking for an administrator who will support the team with the completion of processes and procedures including the administration of medical and pension benefits.
Candidates must have excellent excel skills and well as general Microsoft Office skills, can manipulate spreadsheets to extract/consolidate data to be shared with other departments, has great attention to details, is a good communicator with a proactive approach and can work to a deadline. Our ideal candidate will have previously worked in an office environment where they were able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and be aware of data protection at all times

Skills and Experience

 Mature attitude and tenacious with a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.

 Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive, flexible and committed to getting the job done.

 Ability to build colleague and client relationships

 The desire to develop knowledge and expertise.

 Ability to comply with and adhere to existing business protocols and procedures.

 Good command of English is essential.

 Ability to support colleagues in achieving agreed business objectives.

 Ability to effectively prioritize, organise tasks, manage time and commit to and meet deadlines.

 Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel (to include formulas/auto calculation), Outlook, Internet Explorer and SAP.

 Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and be aware of data protection at all times.
