Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities Include:
Process employee changes to be recorded in SAP
Action monthly payroll queries
Maintain SAP organisation charts
Update Personnel Tracking System
Prepare monthly Special Recognition award budget report
Prepare staff and contractor leaver reports
Provide monthly man-hour report
Prepare National Statistics Office reports
Additional ad hoc SAP reporting for HR team and Management as required
Post vacancies in Staffing Express system and manage the process of collating CVs; arranging interviews; creating offers of employment; and rejecting unsuccessful candidates
Manage candidate enquiries & expenses
Respond to speculative CVs and employee reference requests
Assist with the administration and coordination of Graduate and Summer Placement recruitment and take minutes at monthly committee meetings
Acting as primary contact for candidates and liaise with external agencies
General administration assisting with the day-to-day running of the HR Department
Provide administrative support to the Accelerate Committee
Administer employee maternity leave
Carry out exit interviews with resigned employees
Arrange logistics in support of delivery of local training and development courses
Set up SAP Purchase Orders and invoice processing
Scan, code and electronically file all employee documentation and records and manage transfer of physical archived data into E-Search so easily accessible for HR team.
Scholarship administration
Administer Special Recognition Requests
Collate HR Weekly Scorecard
Support HR Business Partners in projects and initiatives
Provide cover for HR Analyst
Provide cover for Personnel Contract Coordinator
Any ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Business Studies or Human Resources
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
High level of integrity/confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
Accuracy and attention to detail
Numeracy skills
Interpersonal skills
Teamwork is essential
Self-motivated, self-starter
Effective written and oral communication at all levels
Flexibility and willingness to continuously improve
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Experience in SAP would be beneficial
