HR Administrator - 12 months interim - ENERGY SECTOR

Currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator for an International Energy company based in central London for a 12 month interim project.

This is a busy and fast paced environment therefore a large/corporate company background is essential.

You will be responsible for administration, on boarding, payroll, reporting, HR information system and pension administration for the HR team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver new hire on boarding procedures
  • Control of internal transfers and leaver procedure
  • Monthly payroll administration
  • Clarify and maintain employee records
  • Maintain and control HR emails- general enquiries and questions
  • Responsible for administration of all employee data
  • Assisting global admin teams
  • Support with project work from various teams

Challenges

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise within a busy and demanding environment
  • High levels of attention to detail and meticulously methodical, for 100% accuracy
  • Dealing with tasks as a matter of urgency
  • Working additional hours to meet deadlines and Payroll

Experience and Knowledge

  • Administrative/office support experience
  • Worked in a corporate environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent command of English language
  • HR rules & regulations knowledge
  • HR payroll administration, UK Tax and National Insurance
  • Protect and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track-record of responsiveness and meeting deadlines.
  • Can meet deadlines proactively and efficiently
