ACTIVITIES:

As Head of Project Execution, you are the leader of the organization responsible for delivering complex Commercial projects, across engineering, procurement and construction disciplines. Projects are nationwide, ranging from $10-$100m across roof, carport and ground applications.
Deliver projects on-schedule & on-budget with world-class safety and quality standards
Drive cost reduction to ensure competitive project offerings
Establish partnerships with 3rd party engineering and construction companies to deliver competitive projects nationwide
Define clear internal and external roles & responsibilities; train and implement process and procedures
Partner with origination organization to win new business
Drive Development of projects through permitting, interconnect and real-estate milestones
Partner with O&M and Asset Management to ensure projects are operating well

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Head will act according to company policies and compliance values
Achieve zero fatality and maintain high HSE standards at all projects and all times
Deliver solar & storage projects within approved parameters for schedule, budget, scope, and quality / performance Secure procurement strategy to keep pricing highly competitive

Candidate profile

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience setting up and running operations with larger numbers of people e.g. >50 people.
Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's Degree a plus
More than 10 years' experience in the engineering, project management, program management, or project delivery with at least 5 years in management / leadership position. 5 years minimum experience in C&I solar projects.
Experience in EPC contract negotiation, set-up and management
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong personal leadership and ability staying on course in continuously changing environment
Based in San Francisco Bay Area. Frequent travels across the US and sometimes to Philippines
