Job Title: Head of Cost (£85,000 - £105,000)

Location: Bristol

Background: This role plays a key part supporting the delivery of a Nuclear Engineering project in the South West of England.

Role: * Responsible for £2bn portfolio * Cost forecasting, estimating, EVM integration * Reporting at the PMO level; provides programme-level oversight * Responsible for consolidating delivery partner, strategic supplier and bulk material forecasts and AfPs

Qualifications and Experience: * Proven track record in Project Cost Controls implementation and management in regulated industrial sector * Proven experience with multi-stakeholder budgets and forecasts (development, assessment, modelling and reporting) * Experienced in delivering and operating at a Senior Leadership Level, including experience working within Joint Ventures * Related engineering degree or comparable experience * Must be able to obtain SC clearance, or must have held SC clearance within the last 12 months
