Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, the Graphic Designer will provide graphic design support for both internal and external communications initiatives and be the steward of corporate brand standards. This position conceptualizes and develops creative visuals for digital applications (websites, social channels, digital signage), presentations, marketing materials, events and more. The Graphic Designer works to consistently uphold established brand standards, maintain accuracy and ensure that all artwork and image files are properly maintained for common ease of access. This is a full-time contract role.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with communication team members, photographers, videographers and internal clients on graphic needs of communication initiatives
  • Designs web, digital, and print assets for integrated campaigns and single-use needs
  • Develops artwork and identity packages for company programs and events
  • Creates initial concepts, managing the art development from revisions to final production
  • Serves as primary liaison with vendors for communication graphic projects to ensure quality, adherence to graphic and branding standards and on-time delivery.
  • Maintains media library of images, artwork and videos


  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field
  • A strong portfolio of artwork and graphics, with a minimum of 5 years of professional web/graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Illustrator required
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while providing a high level of service to internal and external clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
