Graduate Engineer with one year + experience

Design, develop, and conduct engine testing either to standard specifications or for differentiation testing.

Manage test bed installations to appropriate safety and quality standards.

Liaise with the technicians to ensure the agreed project work is clearly communicated to facilitate on time delivery.

Responsibility for the maintenance of communication with all stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.

Acquisition and analysis of data.

Report writing and presentation of results.

Specific Product Quality accountabilities as detailed.

Ensure that all equipment and the working environment in areas of responsibility are safe and free from hazards at all times.

Ensure trained, competent and activities are covered by robust risk. Assessments/procedures/processes which adhere to HSE compliance and relevant laws

Strive for the best safety performance; No Accidents, No Harm to People and No Damage to the Environment.

Degree in Mechanical /Auto engineering or equivalent experience. Or other engineering or Science related disciplines considered.

Knowledge of the installation and operation of test engines.

Experience of engine test control systems.

Experience of data acquisition and analysis of data.

Knowledge of gasoline and diesel combustion processes.

Knowledge of diesel and gasoline fuel delivery systems and operating strategies.

Experience of writing technical reports.
