Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Geoscience Geomatics on a contract basis. The position will be based in Rijswijk. For further information about this position please apply.

Digital Earth Geospatial Workflows, Analysis and Publishing

Purpose:

  • Develop workflows using ESRI architecture ( AGOL, ArcGIS Pro), Python, FME to analyses and publish subsurface data types. E.g. Well tops, Seismic Horizons etc.
  • Closely working with Specialist Geoscientists to create deeper insights in subsurface datasets using attributes like age, geological definitions etc. Handy with Python AI/ML for supporting development of these concepts.
  • Engaging with business teams to retrieve and verify data and follow up on missing information
  • Data QC and enrichment, adding metadata and attributes
  • Maintain audit trail
  • Optimizing data flow utilities where possible an establishing new data flows where needed

Skills:

  • ArcGIS Pro expert / skill
  • AGOL Service and Web Map Publishing, Web App builder / Skill
  • AGOL Experience Builder/ Knowledge
  • Python Programming / Skill
  • FME intermediate / knowledge
  • Understanding of AI_ML application/ Knowledge
  • data modelling experience would be useful but not essential / awareness
