Our client is currently recruiting for the position of G&A Cost Recovery Accountant (Staff), based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Key point of contact for preparing and coordinating G&A budgets and outlooks for the Aberdeen office, including assisting cost centre managers with submissions, reviewing returned templates, preparing/analysing consolidated results for headcount and Time writing allocation and assisting in preparing presentation materials for senior management.
Liaise with HR to collate and present headcount information, including the treatment of unfilled positions.
Create and manage time writing project codes across the company to ensure appropriate codes are available for time writing process
Monitor status of missing time sheets on a periodic basis, follow up with individuals for missing time sheets and issue weekly stats/league table to the business for missing time
Issue time writing approval calendar on an annual basis and follow-up with approvers on a monthly basis to ensure all time sheets are approved before monthly cut-off dates
Provide required information relating to the time writing process to external and internal auditors
Accountable for re-codes and general ledger cleansing as required and provide support during the annual G&A audit.
Prepare and post monthly contractor and other Aberdeen office related accruals

Qualifications / Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Reporting tool
Experience with SAP is essential
Solid controls awareness, and experience of operating in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment
