Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Flotel Coordinator/Planner, based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. Ad-hoc offshore visits.

Responsibilities will include:
Expediting preparatory works by technical specialist prior to mobilisation including timely submission of regulatory approvals and external agreements
Development of the Primavera Campaign schedule & associated S curves.
Maintaining schedule and reporting progress, with reference to agreed Plan. Responsible for planning and coordinating activities to make sure all work scope is carried out as per Plan and is within budget.
Input to key documents such as Bridging Document and Emergency Response Plan. Supported by document control function and technical personnel, ensure that all applicable documents are recorded in the master document register.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are dispatched offshore in a timely manner to avoid any impact on the schedule of activities
Initial build of Company and Contractor POB profile of flotel residents and ongoing maintenance during campaign. Input of data into Asset overall POB histograms managed by the Onshore Planner.
With Contract Analyst support, carry out contract admin of Flotel, including requisite meetings, contract admin for Facilities Management Contractor and provide feedback to Contract Representatives on Contractor performance.
Coordination of support vessels such as anchor handier vessels and supply boats plus aviation activities.
In conjunction with Cost Analyst, monitor expenditure against budget.
Preparation of close out report

Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience within the oil industry, significant experience preferably in a supervisory role
Fully conversant in the use of Primavera P6.
Experience in coordination of personnel movements and rotas from multiple organisations
Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks in line with Asset objectives and operational constraints
Knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and maintenance system
Offshore certification
