An exciting and career rewarding opportunity exists with a strong and sustainable business who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. You will report into the Senior Management team and be an resilient and clear communicator. This position has come about due to growth and the need for a clearer and more robust internal structure. This will be a very diverse role and the remit will be challenging and varied in it's delivery.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Management and Leadership of a small accounting function
  • Manage and produce monthly payroll
  • Create and report on Monthly management information
  • Preparation of monthly and annual accounts
  • Attend regular and infrequent management meetings
  • Preparation and communication of monthly financial reports
  • Cashflow forecasting and variance reporting

In order to be considered for this position you will be either a Qualified Accountant or at the advanced stages of an Accountancy Qualification. You will be able to demonstrate an ability of completing the above tasks to a high standard. The position would be well suited to someone looking for progression or their first step into Industry.
