Award winning healthcare organisation is seeking a Qualified Financial Controller to be based near Basingstoke. The company turnover currently stands at 1.5m with a view to growing 20% each year.

As a key member of the financial team, you will be responsible for delivering corporate activity specifically responsible for the finances, HR, Legal issues and Corporate Governance. The Financial Controller will work closely with the Managing Director, the role has the opportunity to grow and develop as the company grows, an exciting time to be part of an expanding business.

The core responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:

Overseeing Accounts Assistant

Bank Reconciliations

Credit Control

Payroll Processing

VAT returns

Duties:

Monthly Management Reports

Year-end accounts to Trial Balance

Cash flow forecasts

Ad Hoc Management reports

Working in progress reports

Annual Budgets

Monthly Staff Billing Performances and Bonus Calculations

GDPR Compliance

Staff Policies

Health and Safety

Liaise with IT Providers

Banks

Insurance Brokers

The successful candidate will be/have:

ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified

Experience of providing Management Information and analysis at a senior level

A logical thinker

Hand's on approach

Versatile

Analytical
