Responsibilities of Post:

  • Collate information, process and maintain payroll on a monthly basis
  • Produce payroll annual returns
  • Process new starters and leavers, including pension administration
  • Deal with payroll queries
  • Approve sales invoices and provide cover for sales ledger during holiday/sickness periods. To collate information, process and maintain purchase ledger.
  • Check accuracy of data supplied and process as per company processes
  • Generate supplier payments for approval
  • Maintain good customer/supplier relations
  • To maintain accountancy database and filling system
  • Process and maintain cashbook including bank reconciliations
  • Responsible for petty cash
  • Assist client Management with various ad-hoc reports/ requirements
  • Participation in departmental team and related tasks
  • Carry out general administration tasks such as reception cover and answering incoming calls
  • Basic IT support on operational systems/packages
  • Participate in routine internal audits
  • Other duties which may be required from time to time
