Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Field Manager, based in Westhill Aberdeenshire.

Responsibilities will include:
Liaise with internal/external service providers to ensure technical and commercial issues involving the operation of the pipelines are progressed in a timely and cost-effective manner and comply with the terms of the relevant Operating Agreements.
Review and feedback operational and engineering activities on 3rd party infrastructure that impact hydrocarbon import and export facilities
As appropriate, support activities in relation to the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and opportunities to maximise the long-term value of Company operated assets.
Monitor and ensure the correct recovery of Operating Costs incurred collectively by the Owners in accordance with the accounting procedure.
Ensure an effective Production Programming System is developed and maintained which establishes daily production targets, monitor and categorise production loss and optimise production performance in order to protect and manage the oil delivery promise.
Ensure an effective Company chemical management system is implemented and maintained.
Business Risk Management System Champion for Operations Directorate.
Functional responsibility for departmental section(s) of the Company Management System.
Participate in the ER duty rota, acting as Team Leader during incidents or emergencies.

Qualifications
Essential
Degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline or/
Experience of production operations with additional experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred
MSc or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline or/
Significant operational experience at OIM level or higher

Experience/Knowledge/Skills
Essential
Considerable knowledge and experience of the UK oil and gas industry in a technical capacity with specific knowledge of pipeline operations
Understanding of commercial framework related to UKCS operations
Proven ability to work effectively with senior management in a commercially-focused role and influence senior management on strategic issues
Knowledge of applicable UK law and fiscal regime for oil and gas developments
Good understanding of onshore and offshore process operations
