  • Assist office reorganization through furniture and equipment moves.
  • Assist mailroom duties through sorting and delivery of parcels.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate physical office environment through tool use and contractor use.
  • Install sheetrock walls & ceilings
  • Install suspended ceiling systems
  • Install metal and vinyl covered wall systems
  • Install doors, frames, trim, locks and closers
  • Demo gypsum walls/ceilings, doors/frames, millwork, acoustical ceilings
  • Fabricate and install millwork
  • Patch and repair carpet and vinyl flooring
  • Repair millwork and furniture
  • Hang whiteboards, marker boards and picture frames
  • Hang projection screens and LCD projectors
  • Check and inspect ADA doors per code
  • Check and replace AED cabinet batteries
  • Inspect and maintain stairwells
  • Computer room cleaning and repairing floors
  • Paint interior walls, doors/frames, trim and concrete floors
  • Install rubber or vinyl base
  • Hang fabric and vinyl wall coverings
  • Hang writing surface wall coverings
  • Tape, float and skim new sheetrock
  • Patch and paint damaged sheetrock
  • Patch, repair and paint metal wall panels
  • Patch and paint metal doors and trim
  • Stain and finish wood doors, trim and surface paneling
  • Cleaning and trash removal
  • Handle material
  • Deliver nameplates and keys
  • Maintain shop area
  • Assist carpenters and painters as needed
