Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Expatriation, Compensation & Benefits Manager, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of all benefit contracts, liaising with our contracts team to ensure up to date scopes, current contracts and adequate budget provision.

Act as point of contact within company on all matters relating to the UK Share Incentive Plan liaising with Computershare and company Country Services on the operation and management of the services.

Attend all health trust meetings in relation to the UK AXA Healthcare provision and the company share

Liaise with the UK Pension team on key pension changes

Be able to scope and lead tender processes as a duo with Contracts

Knowledge of Gender Pay Reporting requirements

Provide input to UK tax practices as required for taxable benefits, shares, Short Term Business Visitors, PSA, P11d

Be able to understand and oversea UK requirements in relation to incoming and outbound assignees

Solid understanding of legal right to work process, immigration requirements post Brexit and compliance requirements

Understanding of tax obligations in relation to mobility

Act as POC for the facilities management contract within the team, albeit experience in this area is not required ability to manage a key service provider in house would very advantageous. Areas include catering, cleaning, transportation, travel, housing, vehicles.

Experience & Qualifications:

The role requires a level of confidence in dealing with varied areas with ability to seek information and bring themselves up to a solid level of knowledge quickly.

Self-starter in terms of learning internal processes/policies and seeking information

Must be exceptionally organised, able to manage a high workload and be focused on delivery

A high level of numerical and analytical skills is essential

Be confident user of tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP and other bespoke systems

Well developed interpersonal skills with confidence to present on subjects new to them

Understanding of budgets, internal commitment values and processes to monitor costs.
